After my PhD at the National Institute for Medical Research (London), working on AMPK, I joined the Cancer Research UK London Research Institute (LRI, now part of The Francis Crick Institute) for my first postdoc. At LRI, I studied protein complexes involved in cell polarity, including PKC iota, PAR6, PAR3 and CDC42. In 2016, I joined Sebastian's lab. I study telomere regulation by poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation.

aPKC Inhibition by Par3 CR3 Flanking Regions Controls Substrate Access and Underpins Apical-Junctional Polarization.
